Funky Cat

My dear friends,

Recently, I reflected upon my electronic music production, which led to an interesting situation that I had never experienced before. I realised that I used to feel pressure to finalise all my tracks and release everything at all costs. However, I changed this approach to my music production about ten years ago. I made this decision because I wanted my work to have some meaning - not to create meaningless music for the sake of creating.

My work has never been synchronised in its mood, flow and results. I usually compose music, but, immediately after that, I reject my work. Sometimes, I stop making music. When I return to composing, I end up thinking that my music has no meaning to me or anyone else. Most of my compositions end up being thrown away to the bottom of my drawer where I throw all things with no sense nor purpose. I have desire to create music for someone who would understand my music and would be enriched by it instead of making music just for myself. This person would be someone with whom I would resonate. But perhaps, this is the result of me being too self-centred.

One day, I was sitting at home on the terrace in anxiety. That was the moment when I realised that I did not care anymore whether my songs were finished or whether they had the parameters that I really dreamed of. I wanted to look back at my music, and so, I started digging in my computer. This process led me to making an album. It was like making a photo album, but I used audio instead of photographs. The purpose of my audio album was also like a photo album - I was looking back and giving my music memories a coherent form. And this is how Technotramp was born - made of pieces of my audio computer memory.

I optimised the album for about 5 km of normal walking pace for fit people and 7 km for fat people. However, this also depends on geography of your walking trail. Have a good trip while listening to Technotramp!

IPFS

I can imagine what those who have tried this option may be saying, "It works in the end, but why is it so slow? What's the point of this in the age of lightning-fast internet services?". The point of the IPFS solution stems from the fact that if you, the user, want it, this player can be competitive with even the big media content providers without any tracking. That's why I don't even have that pesky cookie consent bar. You even have the option to put this content on the internet permanently. It's the choice of the Internet user community. Connection and speed will reflect the extent of your desire for Technotramp to remain on the Internet in different geographic areas around the World. Hence, my choice of cryptocurrency is rewarding. I have no idea where Technotramp will settle. The currencies that work anywhere in the World are simply the easiest option. Also, these are completely transparent accounts. I think it's a fair solution.

Cryptocurrencies are indirectly related to the application. Donations are purely voluntary and do not affect the application in any way in the strength of IPFS. Even just opening an application through a public HTTPS gateway greatly helps connectivity in certain areas of the World. I want to thank you especially for this sacrifice.

It is also important to download mp3 files using the Download Manager from IPFS player variants (including HTTPS gateways), as their ID3 tags include (among other things) the HASH contained in the IPFS address. This HASH can theoretically be rare.
